tucked in a small town (dowling) in ontario, this little neighbourhood is designed to provide a community within and beyond through various parks including a water park, skate park, and an all-inclusive pet friendly park. as well, there is a communal wood shop, garden and a multipurpose centre for entertainment.

the layout was inspired by arcade games and the way game pieces fit with each other.

this mini city is comprised of four designs that fit and encourage multi-generational living through a balance of privacy and play.

each housing unit has a strong emphasis of large windows and high ceilings for sunshine to flow in. they all include an airy courtyard adjacent to the living/dining for a private getaway to the outdoors!
